A manager, assistant manager, three committee members etc shall be elected for the maintenance of the Madrasa. Such committee is duly bound to look after the day to day affairs of the Madrasa, maintain accounts and control the Madrasa officers. Joint bank account shall be opened in the names of the Manager and Assistant Manager and deposit the money every day. For withdrawing the money from the bank joint bank account shall be opened in the names of the Manager and Assistant Manager and jointly make transactions. There shall not keep more than 5,000/- rupees in possession. The accounts of the Madrasa shall be presented before the committee in every six months.<br />     The rent from the Shadi Mahal, rent from the rental buildings and monthly subscription from the children, tin collection and town collection etc. are the main income of the Madrasa. </p> <p> </p>

<p>For governess of the Hiyathudheen School shall be done by manager, assistant manager and three committee members, who shall be elected from the committee and two Mahal members having a qualification not less than graduation also shall be elected to the school committee as per the majority decision of the committee. The development of the school and development of the basic requirements etc are the duties of the said committee. If the Mahal members, who are elected to the committee, fail to appear for the committee more than two times without no reason, the manager shall issue notice to them and if their reply is not satisfying, present it to the Mahal committee by a recommendation for further proceedings. As per the majority decision of the committee such persons can be terminated from the said committee. Joint accounts for the said institution shall be opened and operated in the joint names of the Manager and the Assistant Manager. The accounts of the said institution shall be presented before the committee in every six months. The audited accounts of the said institution shall be published on the notice boards of the Masjid and other Masjids, before 7 days of the general body meeting. The audited accounts shall be passed in the annual general body meeting.<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;The said committee shall keep a separate minute&rsquo;s book and shall be passed in the annual general body meeting. If the committee resigns for any reason or went out, a temporary committee including two persons elected from the mahal shall take the charge of school and open bank accounts by changing accounts in their names. Such accounts shall be operated jointly. The temporary committee has only right to conduct the day to day affairs of the school. The committee can appoint temporary staffs in emergency situations. The term of such committee shall expire when the Mahal committee takes the charge of the school.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

The rent amount of the auditorium is the main income of the Madrasa. The auditorium shall give for rent for the wedding functions of the various community/religious members and for meetings of the various religious, social and cultural organizations. The committee for time to time shall be revised the rent for the hall. <p>The maintenance committees for the aforesaid Masjids shall be elected as per the majority decision of the Mahal members residing within the limit of such masjids. 9 members shall be elected for the maintenance of the Masjids and term of them shall be 3 years. The rites shall be practiced in such Masjids as per Hanafee Madhab.
