The objects of the bye law are to compel the members of the community to lead Islamic life in accordance with the Islamic rites and customs, and to compel the persons those are leading un-Islamic life to lead Islamic life. Do such things for the proper maintenance and protection of the assets, collect and disburse the income as per the decision of the committee and to keep the proper accounts, protect all objections and discriminations on the basis of truth, and shall not allow anybody to reject the right of the community communal and religious harmony, moral teachings rejection of immoral activities, medical aid, Islamic teachings, do such things to the community for education, economic and culture and promote spiritual and physical development and thereby build a good community and make permanent solutions in the disputes arises between the Muslim community members.
1. The supreme power on every matters of the Jama ath is reserved to General body. The voting right and participate in General body are reserved to Jama ath members as described in the Bye-law. The venue of the general body can be decided and conduct by the committee. General body shall not be conduct at Masjids.
2. The quorum for the General body shall be one tenth of the total members. The notice for general body meeting shall be published before 7 days of the date of the General body meeting, showing the items to be considered, on the Majsjid Notice Board, on other Masjids established within the jurisdiction of this Mahal, and on other Namaskara Masjids. If quorum for such General body is insufficient for conducting the meeting, publish notice again for General body meeting and the quorum is not mandatory for such meeting.
3. The matters wish to be considered in the General body meeting shall be presented by the Mahal member before 3 days of the General body meeting. Such matters should be considered in the General body meeting and make decisions on it.
4. The annual General body meeting shall conduct to present and pass Annual accounts and report in the first week of April of the every year. Annual accounts and report of the other institutions also shall pass on such meeting. But the annual meeting shall be conducted on every first week of March of the every year.
5. The amendment for this Bye-law can be made by informing the Agenda to the Mahal members and as per the decision of the General body.
6. The important matters about the Masjid and other institutions shall inform to members in Fridays.
7. The general body can take necessary disciplinary actions against the persons who use un-islamic words for disturbing General body meeting and act against the social justice.
8. On reasonable request of members not less than 500 in number conduct a special meeting and make necessary decisions on the matters raised by them. Such meeting shall be conducted after publishing the notices at the Masjids.
1. All the Muslims who have obtained 18 years old and traditionally residing within the jurisdiction of this Mahal and not a member of other Mahals and remitted the membership fee are the members of this Mahal.
2. The persons who are not residing within the area of this Jama ath and who are residing within the area of other Mahals but they are the successors of the persons who were residing under the area of this Mahal and not members of other Mahals are the members of this Mahal.
3. Every persons who are residing in this Mahal from other Mahals obtained membership form this Mahal by producing the transfer certificate from their parental Mahal as per their own application and remitted primary membership as per the decision of the Mahal committee can be a temporary member of this Mahal. The persons applying for temporary membership should have been residing for 5 years in the Mahal. Permanent membership can be given by the committee to such persons after two years observation. The permanent members can only be treated as the Mahal members.
4. If anybody has double membership in this Jama ath, the committee can remove the membership of such person after issuing a show-cause notice for 15 days and their reply is not satisfying.
5. If anybody obtained transfer certificate this Mahal and became a member of other Mahal and want to restore their membership, may produce an application along with transfer certificate, and they may be allowed a temporary membership and restore their permanent membership within one year as per the decision of the committee.
6. Even if the rites following in this Mahal is Hanafih Madhab, there is no bar for the persons following other Madhab become a member.
7. The persons who obtained the age of 18 years from the families already included can apply with the certificate to prove their age and remit the fees as per the decision of the committee and obtain the membership. The persons who are obtained the membership in such manner may only be considered as the members. When a person, who have more than 18 years old apply for the membership should remit the subscription from the period from their 18 years and such persons can get membership.
8. If any Mahal member officially applied for the transfer certificate Transfer certificate can be issued as per the decision of the committee and after the clearance of the dues of the member. The membership of such members will be lost from the day of relieve of the member approved by the committee. The transfer of the said member should be entered on the register.
Every member of the Jama ath is duly bound to act as per this Bye-Law. For the perpetulity, maintenance and the general discipline of the Jama-ath every member is duly bound to respect and obey the decisions of the Supreme body of the Jama ath ie., the general body. The members shall lead an Islamic life. Try to perform all rites in the Masjid. Lead life in unity and co-operation. Try to dissolve the disputes between the members with the Jama ath. The persons who are living under the protection of the members are also be bound to obey the decisions of the Jama ath and the member is liable for such opposite activities. The Committee is bound to make fine and fare settlement on all the matters of the members.
